	Conditions:
	A standard web page is one which has up to 4 images and text only. This includes basic image manipulation (resizing, optimising etc), search engine tags and keywords, and the page layout. Your text, logo and images MUST be supplied to us in a digital format. If the text is supplied as hard copy, you will be charged a typing fee to convert this data to digital.
	A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of work. We must have ALL the information we request from you before we will start the site.
	Once the site is developed, you will be forwarded a temporary link to view the finished result. Final payment is then due. Once the final payment has been received, your site will be released.
