Website Interview Process

To develop an effective website we need to assess accurately you business and your market. To achieve this we have developed an interview process that gives us the information we require and enables you to put forth any questions you have along with any items you would like to see.

Our intial interview is designed to assess all the considerations we need to know for the purpose of supplying a quote for your project. However if you plan on having all relevant information on your business and project ready for us at the interview it will enable a much smoother transition later in the process.

 Your business , your goal market, your products or services. (We gather indepth information on all the aspects of your business. Staff experience and qualifications, marketing strategies, the clients your products or services addresses, and most of all the personality your business reflects.)
 The data you will need to supply us with (Full text for every page of your website.)

 Contact details (A listing of any and all email addresses you would like to be setup and other contact details)

 Digitial information we will require (Copies of your logo in original format  - can be supplied on CD, any photos/images that are required, product details)

 Design Elements (A listing of any fonts required - you will need to supply these to us, A list of colours you require. Hex code is ideal, but colour names can also be used)

 Referals and Links you require (A list of external links that you would like to place on your website if required along with details of any referral links you expect to get)

 Functional Information: (What kind of site you require, payment system options, management consoles, packing and shipping info etc)

  For e-commerce sites the list of requirements from you will be extensive. After the interview process we will provide you with a full listing of what you will need to supply us with. Please keep in mind that for the purpose of an e-commerce site, the time taken to collect all this data while considerable, will facilitate an easy transition when the site is complete.
