I don't live locally, will that be a problem.

| Definately not. With the ease of
email and the availability of moblie coverage, the interview process can be
conducted without the need of a face to face meeting. Although if you are
enquiring about a large project, arranging a meeting may be the best option. |
| I don't really know what I want? Is
that a problem? |
| No. That's what we are here for. We
can assess what type and style of site you require and advise on the current
and future possibilities open to you. |
| I can't find my logo files can you
rebuild them? |
| Yes we can have that done for
you. While our expertise is not graphic design, we can manipulate the
images, resize to suit and change background colors etc. If we need to get
new copies of digital files, we can get your image rebuilt by outsourcing it to
our graphic liaison and this would be on a quoted basis. We've always
found its quicker and more cost effective to hand this type of thing onto a
specialist. |

| Database |
| Why would I need a database?
|
| If you have an ecommerce website (an
online store for example), you would need a database to store all your
product,clients, transaction and ordering details.

| Can anyone access my database? |
| No. You website communicates with
your database via a secure connection. The connection details are passed using
128bit encryption - which is what you use to login to your bank's website. |
| Can I change my database? |
| Yes. If you database is well
designed and built, both the internal structure of your database and the data
it contains are updatable. The only exception to this rule is that you cannot
delete information that is dependant on other information. For example, you
cannot delete a clients details if that clients has existing orders in the
database. Those orders refer to the customers details, so without
that customer, the order would not make sense.

| Can any phone use a theme? |
|
Themes are utilised by PDA's and phones that use Microsoft ® Windows Mobile.
Some examples are:

| Is is hard to upload my theme? |
| Not at all. You will need to be able
to establish a connection between your phone and your computer (which you can
do with Bluetooth, Infra-red or via a cable depending on the phone), you can
copy the theme to the device and then choose that theme as the one to use. If
you are not very familiar with your phone, you will need access to a
manual/setup guide, to check how to change the theme on that particular
model. |
| Does a theme take up a lot of space
on my phone? |
| No. Most themes are between 35kb and
75kb which is quite small. |

Names |
| How long does it take to get a
domain name registered? |
| A non .au extension takes only
minutes provided of course it is available. A .au domain name usually takes
about 24 hours. |
| If the domain name I want is already
taken is there anything I can do? |
| If your desired domain name is
taken, the first step would be to check to see if it is a working website. If
not, we can search for the domain owner and approach them with an offer if you
would like. |
| What if I miss my domain renewal
reminder? |
| We use Server101 to register all our
domain names. They send 60 & 30 day renewal emails and then issue a 5 day
deactivation notice if you do not renew your domain name. Unless you
specifically ask, we maintain our email address as technical contact so no
renewals are missed. |

| Domains

| Is it difficult to transfer a domain
name? |
| No. Once payment is received for the
domain name you wish to purchase, we create you an account with our domain
provider and transfer the domain to that account. Wet will then forward the
access details of that account and you are then free to transfer the
domain to another isp if you like or keep it where it is. |
| Are the prices negotiable? |
| Not generally, but feel free to make
an offer on a domain name we have for sale. |

& Booking Systems |
| Can I add a reservation system to
any website? |
| Technically yes, although we use
Microsofts ® DotNet platform which your webhost may not accommodate. You may
have to change webhosts to use our reservation or booking system. |
| What payment system do
you use? |
|
We use Paypal ® primarily for all our secure payment processing. They are
competitive with their rates, you only need an email address and bank account
to get started and they have great market presence. They are the primary
payment system for E-Bay ® purchases and are well know and trusted
worldwide. Paypal is free to setup and competitive with their percentages
and fees.

The other option for secure payments is to get an "Internet Merchant Account"
through your bank, purchase an SSL certificate for your website and integrate
the payment system direct. To do this you will need an SSL certificate. This
certificate is assigned to your website and ensures that all secure
transactions are 128 bit encrypted. An SSL certificate is aproximately $350.00
USD for 1 year.

| Do I have to use an SSL Certificate
if I don't use Paypal? |
| We do not do payment systems that
are not secured by encryption. |
| How much does it cost? |
| A reservation system is quoted on
each individual project.

Engine Optimisation |
| Can you guarantee my ranking? |
| No - while we optimise your site for
the search engines, SEO is not our specialisation and therefore we DO NOT
guarantee any page rankings. Unless you are using SEO specialists and
paying a monthly fee, you should beware of those that do guarantee ranking
status. |
| How much does it cost? |
| We develop your entire website with
SEO in mind. Therefore we don't add an extra charge for SEO optimisation, BUT
we do not specialise in this field. While we keep abreast of the latest
developments, we consider that only those that do nothing else but SEO to be
the only specialists in this field.

| Can I get my existing site SEO'd? |
| Of course, however it can be an
expensive process to dismantle pages and reassemble in the correct format.
Sometimes it can be cheaper to use all you existing data and images and build a
new site. |

| Can I buy a shopping cart from you
and attach it straight to my website? |
|
Unfortunately no. Websites can be built using a huge variety of languages and
platforms, and even if your website is built using the same development
environment that we use, it may still require a lot of internal changes for the
integration to work smoothly.
If you think of it like language dialects. Even though we may speak the same
language, if the dialects are different it may take some extra work to
communicate effectively.

| Do you build just shopping carts
that my designer can use? |
| No we don't. There are many "off the
shelf" shopping carts that are available today, but we specialize in our own
platform and don't usually sell shopping carts as a free standing item. |
